STAINLESS STEEL Bowl half canteen with a ring

 

Stainless steel 

Diameter: 19cm.

Half cantine of 1858, smooth, transformed into bowl, and provided with a small iron ring so a fix against the cantine, very practical for storage in the package.
It was a common practice when the soldiers had no plate, they put an old canteen fire to melt the solder and serving as a bowl.
